Susan and Dean will be discussing the tremendous resource available for genealogists with the start up of the new site, Genlighten.com.
Dean is the creator of Genlighten.com, a powerful online resource for obtaining offline genealogical source documents with the help of skilled local researchers. He enjoys discovering and blogging about web-based tools that make genealogy research more fun and productive. He also serves as a volunteer at the Family History Center in Wilmette, Illinois.
Dean holds a Ph.D. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Kellogg. He works as a Senior Optical Engineer for Molex, Inc., where he designs optical communications components.
